 There are four easy steps:

• The woman that receives a card, takes it to her radiologist on the day of the exam
• The radiologist stamps the card
• The woman returns the card to S2S
• Upon receipt of the card at S2S, the participant will be mailed a $10 ShopRite card, a letter thanking her for taking charge of her health and a new mammogram card for the following year
